From an Olympic gold medal winning athlete to sport massage therapist!
We have had the pleasure of hosting Glynis Nunn and her husband Michael for training in whole body massage, Sport massage and cupping therapy at the Le Spa Massage Academy.
Glynis from Toowoomba originally, becoming involved with athletics from an early age. She won a gold medal in the Heptathlon at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, having already won a gold medal at the Brisbane Commonwealth Games for the same event 2 years earlier.
She has been recognised with an Order of Australia, along with numerous other awards.
She is now coaching sports for the new generation of athletes, and is looking broaden her experience in remedial massage techniques to help her young students, to treat and prevent injuries in particular.
